Lockhart worked as press secretary Bill Clinton from 1998 to 2000, while Clinton still held the post of President of the United States. In 2004, Lockhart worked with the presidential candidate of the Democratic Party, John Kerry. He later formed his own PR-company Glover Park Group, whose services, in particular, benefit from major online Microsoft and Yahoo!.
Facebook is the largest social network in the world, there were about 700 million accounts. In the 2010-2011 year, Facebook has established itself as a powerful socio-political tool - along with the microblogging service Twitter social networking experts called one of the main components of the revolutions in Tunisia and Egypt. Beginning in spring of 2011 the opposition is banking on social Internet services in other countries with authoritarian regime.
