In the State Duma of Russia will be a bill that establishes criminal liability for endangering the safety of transport of hooliganism, RIA Novosti reported.
According to the head of the Duma Committee on Constitutional Legislation and State Building Vladimir Pligin, endangering the safety of vehicles should be punished by three years in prison, the same actions that threaten the safety of aircraft - up to seven years. If the bullying led to deaths, the maximum prison term should be 10 years old, said Pligin. According to the deputy, the State Duma can pass a bill in the fall of 2011.
The reason for drafting the bill has a number of cases of blinding pilots laser beams in Rostov-on-Don and Sochi in June 2011. Rosaviatsia beginning of the year recorded about 30 such cases reported no serious incidents of blinding the pilots did not arrive.
June 26 became aware of the arrest in Chicago a young man on suspicion of blinding pilots with him he had a laser pointer. The detainee denies his guilt and claims to have an alibi.
